Pricing questions
Anyone employed by your company who logs in to create or edit records. Read-only executives, subcontractors, design consultants and owner representatives do not count toward your seat total.
Guided onboarding and data migration are included on the Build and Enterprise plans. Field customers can self-serve or purchase a one-time onboarding package.
Nothing breaks and nothing is auto-charged. We flag it in your account and your success contact reaches out to size the right plan with you.
Yes. Annual billing is the default price shown. Two and three year terms carry an additional discount and a price lock for the full term.
Yes. After the demo we set up a sandbox with one of your real projects so your team can test the workflows with familiar data before committing.
Thirty days written notice before renewal. We keep your data available for export for 90 days after the term ends.
