Field first
Daily reports, photos and timesheets replaced paper on our own projects.
D50 OS started inside a working construction company. Every screen exists because a superintendent, an estimator or a controller asked for it on a live job.
D50 Construction runs commercial and industrial projects. Like everyone else, we ran them on a scheduling tool, a document tool, an accounting package and about forty spreadsheets. The field hated all of it, so the data was always a week old and always slightly wrong.
We evaluated the enterprise platforms. They were powerful, expensive, and built for someone who has a full-time administrator. What we needed was a system a superintendent would open in the rain, and a controller could close the month with.
So we built it on our own jobs first. Daily reports came before dashboards. Cost codes came before charts. Nothing shipped until it survived a real project. Today D50 OS runs our own portfolio, and we make it available to the contractors who kept asking what we were using.
That origin still governs the roadmap. If a feature does not make a real day on a real job better, it does not get built.
Years building
Work delivered
Functions in the platform
Recordable incidents last year
A platform that grew out of the work, one release at a time.
Daily reports, photos and timesheets replaced paper on our own projects.
Budgets, commitments and change orders joined the same record, and month-end got shorter.
Scheduling, drawings, RFIs and submittals closed the loop from bid to closeout.
D50 OS is available to contractors, subcontractors and owners who want the same advantage.
